Using PayPal As A Payment Method

If you opt to pay for your goods with PayPal, you will be requested to enter your delivery and billing addresses on our site as it will not take this information from your PayPal account.

When you have selected PayPal as your payment method and clicked continue, you will be taken to a new screen where you will be prompted to enter your email address and PayPal password and confirm the payment.

PayPal Disputes

If you are considering logging a dispute with PayPal because you have not received your goods in the timeframe you perceive as acceptable, please contact us, as if you have chosen Royal Mail as your courier, they can take up to 15 days to deliver a UK order or 28 days for an International delivery. This information is freely available on our website, in the delivery section and also on Royal Mail’s own website.

If we reship any item(s) after you have logged a dispute, we will ask you to remove the dispute before we reship the replacement goods.
