Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Premier Grow Hydroponics. We value your privacy, that's why we send our parcels out in unbranded and discreet packaging. We process your order within 1-2days depending on your order.
We use Royal Mail services for small orders, TNT couriers for larger items and Pallet Delivery services for very large orders.
Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation of this via email and SMS (if your phone number was provided during checkout) along with a tracking number to keep a look at where your parcel is.
Premier Grow is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Premier Grow is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
